The AirTAC GFR600C25MLC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLC2WK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a reduced downstream pressure, in one body. This 600-size unit is built for 1 in. PT piping, with a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a low-pressure regulator, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in., and options for drain type, 40 or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, G or NPT thread, and standard or low-pressure regulation. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us for the datasheet and we will confirm the figures for your line. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, reduced-pressure air for quarter-turn butterfly and ball valve actuators on a municipal water treatment header, with the 5 um element feeding cleaner air to the actuator internals.
Regulated low-pressure air for the guide-rail clamp cylinders along a bottling conveyor, with the fitted reverse (check) valve in the circuit and the round psi gauge for line-side setting.
Large hold-down and pusher cylinders on a corrugated box converting line, supplied through a 1 in. filter regulator set to a low working pressure and drained by hand on the operator's round.
Size the unit by the port and flow step: 600 is the largest GFR frame, here on 1 in. PT threads, so match it to the largest lines in the family. Choose the drain to suit supervision: this code carries a manual drain (M), where collected water is released by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains are orderable for unattended sites. The W element gives 5 um filtration where downstream valves and actuators need cleaner air than the 40 um standard. The gauge here is the external round type reading psi; the embedded square gauge with MPa or bar scales is the other catalogue choice. G and NPT threads are order options alongside the PT standard, and a bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure targets and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than one rated figure, so there is no single l/min, m3/h or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, regulated setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: collected water is released by opening the drain by hand, which suits attended installations covered by a regular walk-round. If the site runs unattended, the same 600-size GFR can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
