The AirTAC GFR600C25MLC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard) and a manual-drain bowl in aluminium alloy. The regulator is the low-pressure type, a round gauge with psi scale is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, ordered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge type and scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard; G and NPT as options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a weaving shed's air-preparation row, this unit strips compressor carryover down to 5 um and holds a low regulated supply to the loom's jet circuit, with the manual drain bled during shift checks.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and stopper gates on a bottle-conveyor run: the regulator holds a steady downstream pressure while the 5 um element and manual-drain bowl keep water and scale out of the valves.
On a bench that pressure-cycles sample pneumatic assemblies, the low-pressure regulator trims the supply down gently, the round psi gauge gives a direct readout, and the built-in reverse/check valve guards against backflow toward the supply side.
This configuration is fixed: size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, 5 um filtration, manual drain, low-pressure regulation, round psi gauge, reverse/check valve, bracket included. If you are stepping through the GFR range, size up (200 to 600) when your line's air demand outgrows a smaller frame; the port step runs 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 in. Choose the 5 um element (W) over the 40 um standard when downstream equipment needs finer particulate removal. Choose manual drain where an operator can bleed the bowl on a routine walk-round; automatic or differential-pressure drain suits units mounted out of easy reach. Gauge scale is selectable - MPa, psi or bar - and thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so no number is quoted here. Send us your application's air demand and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
Manual drain means condensate collected in the bowl is bled by hand during routine checks. The GFR series is also ordered with automatic or differential-pressure drain; this model is the manual-drain variant, paired here with a 5 um element (the 40 um standard is the other grade option) in an aluminium alloy bowl at size 600.
