The AirTAC GFR600C25MLC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: air passes through a drain bowl that removes water and particulate, then through a regulating valve that sets the downstream working pressure. This unit is the size 600 GFR600C25MLC3TK with a 1 in NPT port, the largest port in the range. It is specified with a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, a metal bowl in aluminium alloy (size 600), the low-pressure regulator type, an external round gauge with bar scale, a reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is available with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G, NPT or PT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the main compressed-air feed that supplies capper, filler and labeler actuators on a bottling line, with the 1 in port matching a plant distribution header and the bar gauge giving a local readout.
Conditioning air ahead of a bank of large pilot-operated process valves in a plant utility skid, where the fitted check valve holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply dips.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic stoppers, pushers and lifters along a carton conveyor line, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled shift checks.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the top of the GFR range; step down to 200, 300 or 400 when the line is smaller. Drain choice matters: manual (this unit) is emptied by hand at intervals, automatic drains continuously, and the default differential-pressure drain uses the pressure drop across the element. Element grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round gauge with bar scale. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional and included here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for the GFR600C25MLC3TK on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type. The exact regulation range for the low-pressure version is not published in our data, so please confirm the range with us before ordering. Everything else decodes normally: maximum inlet pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), -5 to 70 C operation, and the manual drain, 40 um element, round bar gauge, check valve and mounting bracket all fitted as coded.
