The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, size 600, with a 1 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with a manual drain, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, a fitted reverse (check) valve, an included mounting bracket and an aluminium alloy bowl. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. In use it removes water and particulate from the compressed-air line and lets you set a reduced working pressure downstream, with the gauge giving a direct reading at the unit.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the clamping circuit of a stamping or forming press where the operator needs to set a low working pressure, with the 5 um element protecting valve seals from particulate and the manual drain clearing accumulated water at the bowl.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor line, with the built-in MPa gauge giving the line setter a direct pressure reading at the unit and the fitted check valve blocking reverse flow toward the supply.
Providing filtered, low-pressure regulated air to a leak or pressure test bench in a QC lab, where the 1 in NPT port serves the bench supply and the manual drain suit allows water to be drawn off between test runs.
The real choices in this family are all decodable from the model code. Size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) are stepped against the flow your line needs - we confirm curve figures from the datasheet on request. Drain: this unit is manual (M), so accumulated water is released by hand at the bowl; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) versions are separate codes. Filter grade: this one carries the 5 um W element; 40 um is the standard grade. Gauge: embedded square gauge scaled in MPa here, with psi or bar scales and an external round gauge available. Thread: PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options, and this unit is NPT. Bracket included on this code. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to check sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code is a manual drain: water collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is released by hand at the bowl. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions exist as separate model codes in the same series. The W code is the 5 um filtration grade; 40 um is the standard element if your line does not need the finer grade.
