The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF2G AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator G1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLF2G is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one 1 in (G1) G-threaded unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces it to your set point. This configuration is the low-pressure type with a manual drain, a 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and no reverse/check valve fitted. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, plus options for automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated low-pressure air to the gripper and pusher cylinders on a beverage bottling line, with the manual drain cleared during shift changeovers.
Supplies filtered air at a stable low set point to spray guns in a paint booth, where the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the finish.
Regulates air to sorting and diverting actuators on a packaging conveyor, with the psi square gauge giving operators a local set-point readout.
Size steps from 200 to 600 as flow demand grows; this is the largest size, with a 1 in G-thread port. The M in the code means a manual drain, so plan a routine blow-down - automatic or differential-pressure drains are available on the same body if the unit cannot be visited regularly. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for 5 um where downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration. As a low-pressure type, its adjustment range differs from the standard unit and the exact range is not published - we confirm it on request. The embedded square gauge reads psi; round external gauges and MPa or bar scales can be ordered, and G or NPT threads are catalogue options alongside the PT standard. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate is released by hand, which suits lines visited during regular maintenance. If the unit sits somewhere hard to reach, the same GFR600 body can be ordered with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain instead.
