The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF2K is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a PT1 (1 in) PT-threaded port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures. A reverse (check) valve is fitted (code K) and the mounting bracket is included. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in take-off from the compressor ring main, it strips water and debris from the plant air supply and holds a steady reduced pressure to the packaging machines downstream, with the psi gauge giving operators a local reading.
Feeding the pneumatic grippers and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor, the 40 um element protects the valves from pipe scale and condensed water while the regulator sets the lower pressure the gripper circuit needs.
On a filter-backwash skid where large quarter-turn valves are actuated pneumatically, this unit cleans the supply air and regulates it to the pressure the actuator sizing calls for, with the check valve fitted in the supply leg.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the air demand of the line; this unit is the size 600 step with a 1 in PT port, so it belongs at the head of a large-distribution air supply. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) means the bowl is drained by hand on a routine, automatic (code A) drains itself, and the default is differential-pressure. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um where downstream equipment needs finer protection. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar scales; an external round gauge is optional. PT thread is standard on this unit, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and the bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: flow for this family is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures and the right size before you order. For this low-pressure type the set-pressure range is not published in the standard table either - we will confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the sizing for you before you order.
The M in the code means the aluminium alloy bowl is drained by hand, which suits installations that are checked regularly. If the unit will be mounted where routine draining is impractical, order the same size with an automatic drain (code A); the catalogue default is differential-pressure drainage.
