The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR600C25MLF2WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 configuration has a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain, the low-pressure (L) regulator type, and a square pressure gauge reading in psi. The bowl at this size is aluminium alloy, a mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet with a -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operating range.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and each unit can be ordered with a manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 40 um or 5 um element, a square or round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, G, NPT or PT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation on a 1 in drop feeding a bottling hall ring main: water and particles are stripped out before the air reaches the cylinder- and valve-driven stations, and the low-pressure regulator holds the setpoint for the line.
Supplying an air-knife drying station on a can or bottle line where the process calls for a low regulated pressure, matched by the low-pressure (L) type; the 5 um element also helps protect the knife slots from particulate.
Feeding a large pneumatic distribution panel or manifold in a plant room: one size 600 unit filters and regulates the whole branch, the square psi gauge gives a local setpoint readout, and the manual drain allows a scheduled condensate dump during shift checks.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this is the largest step, size 600 with a 1 in NPT port. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to check the curve for your application before ordering. The remaining choices are all decodable from the code. Drain: this unit is manual, so condensate is expelled by hand on a schedule; automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. Filter grade: 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard. Gauge: square, psi scale here; round gauges and MPa or bar scales are options. Thread: NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G is also available. Regulator: this is the low-pressure (L) type - if your setpoint needs the standard type instead, we can quote the non-L variant of the same size.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and the full datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code is the manual drain: condensate collects in the aluminium bowl and you open the drain fitting by hand to expel it, which suits installations with scheduled checks. If the unit will run unattended, the same size is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - ask us to quote that variant.
