The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF2WTK AirTAC 1 in NPT Filter Regulator is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure. This configuration is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and the mounting bracket included. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, G (BSPP) or NPT thread in place of the PT standard, and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamping cylinders on machining fixtures, where a stable low set pressure protects delicate workholding and the psi gauge gives operators a readable set point.
Supplying clean, regulated air to bag-seal and tucking cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the fitted reverse valve holding the circuit against backflow and the manual drain cleared on a maintenance schedule.
Clean, 5 um-filtered, low-pressure regulated air to spray guns and atomizing nozzles in a finishing booth, where the 1 in NPT connection feeds a main distribution leg.
For a 1 in line, size 600 is the largest GFR frame; step down to 300 or 400 if your ports are smaller, since port size and flow capacity rise together through the range. Drain type is a real choice: manual (as here) means emptying the aluminium alloy bowl by hand on a schedule, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. The 5 um element (W) suits finer downstream needs; the 40 um standard element is the everyday option. The embedded square gauge on this unit reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales as alternatives and an external round gauge optional. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line size, inlet pressure and required downstream flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code makes this the low-pressure regulator variant, intended for circuits set below standard pressures; the exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request. The M code is a manual drain: the aluminium alloy bowl is emptied by hand on a scheduled basis rather than discharging condensate automatically. Working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
