The AirTAC GFR600C25MLF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), the low-pressure regulator type, and a manual drain on the bowl. Because it is size 600, the bowl is aluminium alloy rather than polycarbonate. It includes the embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is also available in sizes 200, 300 and 400 with ports from 1/8 to 3/4 in, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and PT, G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, and no numeric regulation range is published for the low-pressure type, so we confirm flow, datasheet and setting-range figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleans and regulates the air feeding low-pressure clamping cylinders on a CNC fixture line, with the fitted reverse/check valve blocking backflow into the supply circuit.
Conditions air for a wrapping or filling machine whose actuators run at reduced settings, using the 5 um element to shield directional valves from water and particulate.
Provides a filtered, low-pressure supply to bench instruments and small actuators, with the manual drain letting technicians bleed accumulated water from the aluminium alloy bowl at shift end.
Size and port set the flow path: this is the largest GFR step, size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, for lines with heavy air demand. Drain choice matters: a manual drain needs an operator to bleed the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate on their own - this unit is manual. Filtration is the fine 5 um element here; 40 um is the standard alternative where only coarse protection is needed. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in bar, with an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales available as an option. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also offered. A mounting bracket is included. Note that the regulator is the low-pressure type and AirTAC does not publish a numeric setting range for it, so ask us to confirm the band. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact 1 in NPT, 5 um, low-pressure configuration before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: an operator opens it to bleed collected water from the aluminium alloy bowl. If you want condensate removed without attention, the same size 600 filter regulator is available with an automatic or a differential-pressure drain - tell us and we will confirm the variant.
