The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJC1WT is a 600-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate down to 5 um and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, the low-pressure (L) regulator type, and a round pressure gauge with MPa scale fitted. On the 600 size the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the supply to clamping cylinders on a machining centre, where clean air at a stable set pressure holds workpieces securely through the cycle and the 1 in NPT connection feeds a main drop.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming or wrapping line, with the large-port filter regulator mounted at the header that serves the machine's air drops.
Treating the air upstream of jet nozzles on a weaving line, where the 5 um element keeps water and particulate out of the jets and the regulator holds the jet supply at the set pressure the loom requires.
Size and port step up with required flow, so match the 600 size and its 1 in NPT connection to your line rather than to a single rated figure - we confirm sizing against the published flow curves on request. This is the low-pressure (L) type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it against your set point before ordering. The other real choices on this family: drain type (manual here, with automatic and differential-pressure alternatives), filter grade (5 um fitted here; 40 um is the standard element), gauge style and scale (round, MPa here; square embedded or psi/bar scales available), thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), and bracket (not included with the J code).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM for this model. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet before you order.
This configuration has a manual drain: water collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is drained by hand, which suits installations checked as part of a routine. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants of the same 600-size filter regulator exist, so tell us if you would prefer one of those. The 5 um (W) element is also a choice - 40 um is the standard grade.
