The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: compressed air passes through a 5 um element that strips out water and particulate, then through the regulator that sets the downstream pressure. This size 600 unit is the largest in the range, fitted with a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the spray-booth supply point, it removes moisture and particles from the air feeding the paint line while the regulator holds one steady pressure setting for the spray equipment.
Mounted on the drop feeding carton-forming and case-sealing cylinders, it cleans the air of condensate and debris and lets the line set a single stable working pressure for the whole section.
Fitted on the supply to pallet-clamp and tool-change circuits, it keeps water and swarf-laden air out of valves and cylinders and gives the operator a local pressure setting with a built-in gauge.
Size 600 with a 1 in port sits at the top of the GFR range; if your line draws less air, the 200/300/400 sizes with smaller ports may suit, and we can check the published flow curves against your demand. This unit has a manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by hand at intervals; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available if you want unattended moisture removal. Filtration here is the 5 um element (code W); the standard grade is 40 um where finer filtration is not required. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge can be ordered. The thread on this unit is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. No mounting bracket is fitted, so order one if you need panel or wall mounting. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The code M means a manual drain: the aluminium alloy bowl is drained by hand at set intervals. If you cannot schedule drain checks, the same size 600 filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
