The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF2 is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit is built with a PT1 (1 in) PT thread, a manual drain, the 40 um standard filter element and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and at size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) element, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, an external round gauge, a reverse/check valve or a mounting bracket instead of this no-bracket configuration. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in plant-air drop to remove water and particulate and hold a set pressure for the downstream pneumatic tools and cylinders on the shop floor, with the manual drain emptied during rounds.
Conditions and regulates the supply feeding conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling line, with the manual drain operated at scheduled changeovers.
Placed ahead of the clamp and ejector cylinders of a pneumatic press, filtering the air and holding the lower working pressure the clamping circuit calls for.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step, the drain type, the filter grade, the gauge and its scale, the thread and the bracket. Size 600 with a PT1 (1 in) port sits at the top of the GFR range, so step down to 200, 300 or 400 when your line flow and port size allow it. This unit has a manual drain, which you empty by hand; choose code A for automatic draining if the installation runs unattended, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for 5 um when downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge as alternatives, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. This configuration omits the mounting bracket (code J). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this 1 in unit before you order.
Code M means the aluminium alloy bowl is emptied by hand, which suits attended installations with scheduled maintenance. Choose code A for automatic draining on unattended lines, or the differential-pressure default where draining should follow the pressure differential. The same drain choice applies across the GFR family, and the 40 um element can be swapped for the 5 um W option at order time.
