The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF2WG is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and lets you set a stable downstream pressure. This 600-size unit has a G1 (1 in) port with G thread, a 5 um filtration element, a manual drain on the metal (aluminium alloy) bowl, a fitted square gauge reading in psi, and the low-pressure regulator type. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options that include 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, and G or NPT thread as order alternatives to PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air at a low set pressure feeds air knives that strip rinse water from bottles before labelling, while the 5 um element helps keep the nozzle openings from clogging.
Supplies and regulates air to soft-grip clamps and fixtures that must hold finished parts gently, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a clear, repeatable setpoint.
At a 1 in main drop, the unit cleans the shop air and holds a stable low pressure for the cylinders, hand tools and blow-off points served by that drop.
Choose the size and port against the flow your line needs: this is the 600 size with a G1 (1 in) port, the largest step in the family. Filtration here is the 5 um (W) element rather than the 40 um standard - pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. The manual drain must be opened by an operator to empty the aluminium alloy bowl; if no one will do that routinely, the same unit is available with automatic or differential-pressure drain. The fitted square gauge reads psi, and this is the low-pressure regulator type for setpoints below the standard range. Thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and the bracket option are set by the code.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: an operator opens it to release the water collected in the aluminium alloy bowl. If no one will do that regularly, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same unit.
