The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF3TK is a 600-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy (size 600 bowls are metal), a 40 um standard filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. It ships as coded with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports and threads (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the low-pressure regulator holding a gentle setpoint for delicate clamping fixtures.
Conditioning the air feeding wrapper and cartoner actuators on a packaging line, where the manual-drain bowl is bled at shift checks and the 40 um element keeps moisture and debris out of the valves.
Supplying filtered, pressure-regulated air to diverter and stopper cylinders on a warehouse sortation conveyor, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 600 size with a 1 in NPT connection, the largest step in the range, so match it to line size and the flow your circuit needs. Choose the drain type for the bowl: manual drain (as coded here) needs periodic bleeding, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without operator attention. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where downstream equipment needs finer protection. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT), bracket inclusion and the reverse/check valve are all decodable options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your line size, pressure and demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl, which you bleed by hand to remove collected condensate. The GFR family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains; if you would rather not rely on operator checks, ask us for the equivalent automatic-drain model.
