The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLJF3WT is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain for the aluminium alloy bowl, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. It is the low-pressure type, and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed ahead of spray guns on a finishing line, this unit filters water and particles from the shop air supply and holds the reduced pressure the booth circuit calls for, with the manual drain cleared during shift checks.
Mounted at the drop feeding carton-closing cylinders and clutch-brake circuits on a packaging conveyor, it cleans the air and sets the working pressure the machine builder specified.
Installed as the conditioning stage in a machine's pneumatic control panel, the 5 um element protects downstream valves and the square bar gauge gives the panel a visible setpoint reference.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; step up or down through sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the flow your line needs. This unit is the low-pressure type, so confirm the control range suits your circuit before ordering; the exact range is not published and we will confirm it on request. The 5 um element suits air that feeds sensitive components, while the standard grade is 40 um. The manual drain needs periodic operator attention; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. The square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are options. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be specified.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the bowl, which an operator opens periodically to discharge collected water. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants are available in the GFR family if you would rather not rely on manual attention.
