The AirTAC GFR600C25MLNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25MLNTK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in one body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, a 40 um filter element, a low-pressure regulator type and an integrated check valve that blocks backflow through the unit. No gauge is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a finer 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale choices, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a reverse valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning on the 1 in main drop feeding pneumatic presses: water and scale are stripped from the supply and downstream pressure is held at the set point the press valves were designed around.
A filter regulator on the branch line feeding clamps, tool-change cylinders and air-blast nozzles on a machining centre, with the fitted check valve holding the circuit against backflow when the main supply is isolated.
Conditioned air for the gripper and stopper cylinders on a bottling conveyor, with the manual drain emptied at shift checks and the low-pressure regulator holding a gentle set point for light-duty actuators.
Pick the size step (200/300/400/600) and port against the air your line needs; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and this unit steps up to 1 in NPT. Drain: this configuration is manual - open the bowl drain periodically to purge collected water; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is required. Gauge and scale (MPa, psi or bar) are selectable within the series; this unit is supplied without a gauge. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) or NPT are order options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: open the drain at the bottom of the aluminium alloy bowl periodically to purge collected water. If the installation runs unattended, the same 600 size can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
