The AirTAC GFR600C25MLNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 - 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MLNWT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain (code M) and the low-pressure regulator type (code L). No gauge is fitted. The bowl is aluminium alloy, as fitted to the 600 size, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 1 in distribution main leaving the compressor room, it strips water and particles from the whole line and holds a steady low-pressure supply to the downstream network.
Feeding cylinders and air-driven grippers on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, the 5 um element protects directional valves from particles while the regulator keeps actuator pressure stable.
On a spray-booth or coating line working at reduced pressure, the low-pressure regulator type and fine 5 um filtration deliver clean air at the lower setpoints the process needs.
Choose the 600 size with its 1 in port when your main line is that diameter and your demand sits at the top of the G-series size range; the 200/300/400 sizes step down in port and capacity. This unit pairs a 5 um element with a manual drain: the bowl is drained by hand as part of a maintenance routine, or you can specify automatic or differential-pressure drain codes if regular manual draining is not practical. The low-pressure regulator type (L) is intended where setpoints sit below the standard band; its exact adjustment range comes from the datasheet, which we confirm on request. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option, and a bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and full datasheet for the GFR600C25MLNWT on request.
Code M means the aluminium bowl is drained by hand, which suits attended compressor rooms on a maintenance schedule; automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain versions are available if regular manual draining is not practical. Code W fits the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, giving finer protection for downstream valves and instruments.
