The AirTAC GFR600C25MNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25MNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 unit has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain on an aluminium alloy bowl, standard 40 um filtration, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No gauge is supplied, and a mounting bracket is included. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT available to order, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, and optional gauges. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the filler and capper valve manifolds on a beverage bottling line, with the manual drain letting operators bleed accumulated water from the bowl at shift start.
Supplying filtered, pressure-controlled air to the stopper and pusher cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element keeps particulate out of the directional valves.
Setting a stable downstream pressure for pneumatic grippers and lifters on laboratory automation cells, with the fitted check valve isolating the circuit from supply-side pressure dips.
Size and port set the air capacity: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 (1/8 in to 1 in) as your flow demand grows, and match the port to your piping - this unit is 1 in NPT, with PT as the standard and G or NPT orderable. Choose the drain: manual (this unit, which widens the regulating range to 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges are optional - embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - and a bracket is included; a reverse/check valve (code K) can be specified as here. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted. GFR units accept a gauge option: an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales. Ask us to quote a version with a gauge fitted.
