The SC160X500 is a heavy-duty double-acting tie-rod cylinder generating 10053 N of push force at 0.5 MPa (18095 N at the 0.9 MPa maximum operating pressure). Its 40 mm diameter piston rod and 500 mm stroke suit demanding linear actuation where substantial force and moderate travel are required.

This 160 mm bore cylinder uses PT3/4 ports and an M36x2 rod thread. The body length A is 239 mm, giving a total extended length of approximately 739 mm. Select the SC160 bore when your application needs between roughly 9425 N and 18095 N of force. If your load is lighter, stepping down to the SC125 bore (6136 N push at 0.5 MPa) can reduce air consumption and physical size. For heavier loads, the SC200 bore provides 15708 N at 0.5 MPa.
