Ultra-flat cylinder (16mm installation height reduction vs standard models) engineered for welding environments. Features a hardened piston rod coating (3-5μm thickness) for spark resistance and anti-stick surface treatment. The heat-reflective boot (included) withstands intermittent exposure to 300℃ splatter. Requires 5-40μm filtered air with 0.1-1.0mg/m³ oil content.

Installation note:
Mount with 0.5-1mm thermal expansion gap. Apply high-temp grease
(NLGI #2 grade) to rod before initial use. Avoid lateral forces
exceeding 30N. For vertical mounting, use air cushioning on upward stroke.
