Ultra-flat profile cylinder (14% thinner than standard models) specifically engineered for welding fixture applications. Features anti-spatter coating (3-5μm thickness) and electromagnetic shielding design to resist welding arc interference. Integrated heat-resistant sleeve protects seals from spatter damage. Requires 5μm filtered air with oil mist lubrication (ISO VG32 recommended).

Installation note:
Maintain minimum 15mm clearance from welding arc zone. Apply high-temperature
silicone grease (260℃+ rated) on rod before initial use. Magnetic field resistant
up to 50mT continuous exposure.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
