Ultra-flat design (15% thinner than standard cylinders) optimized for welding environments. Features oxidation-resistant coating and magnetic sensor slots (sensor not included). The piston rod incorporates anti-spatter treatment to withstand welding debris.

Installation guidelines:
Maintain 20mm minimum clearance from welding arc zone. Use heat-resistant grease (NLGI #2)
on rod surface weekly. Install protective boot (accessory B02-PB50) in spatter-heavy environments.
Critical notes:
Requires 5μm filtered air with oil mist lubrication (ISO VG32 recommended).
Avoid lateral loads exceeding 30N. Maximum allowable lateral play: ±0.5mm.
