The piston rod utilizes chrome-plated martensitic steel with 45-50 HRC hardness for spark resistance. Requires 5μm filtered air with 1-2 drops/m³ lubricant.

Installation protocol:
Maintain 15mm minimum clearance from welding arc zone. Perform weekly purge
cycle (3-5 full strokes) to expel spatter debris. Apply high-temp silicone
grease (NLGI #2) every 50,000 cycles.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
