Installation protocol:
Use heat-resistant mounting brackets (≥3mm steel). Maintain 1° maximum angular
misalignment. Apply high-temp grease (Molykote 111 recommended) to rod before
initial use in welding environments.
Critical maintenance:
Replace rod wiper seals every 500,000 cycles in continuous welding applications.
Perform weekly purge of cushion needle valves to prevent spatter clogging.
