Heavy-wall cylinder with double piston seals and impact-resistant end caps, engineered for extreme construction environments. Features wear-compensating rod gland and anti-rotation piston design. Requires 40μm filtered air with dew point -20℃ below ambient. Optional magnetic piston version (B04-SAI63X50-M) available for position sensing.

Installation protocol:
Mount using M6 8.8-grade bolts with spring washers. Align rod axis within ±1° deviation.
Perform 50 low-pressure break-in cycles before full load operation. Replace rod wiper seals
every 5,000km of cumulative stroke movement.

- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
