Installation note:
Requires 0.5° maximum angular misalignment compensation. Use M12 mounting bolts (8.8 grade minimum)
with 35-45 N·m torque specification. Lubricate rod weekly in high-dust environments.
Critical parameters:
Maintain 80-150mm safety margin beyond stroke limit. Avoid lateral loading exceeding 200N.
Cycle rate must not exceed 85% of calculated maximum (based on Cv value 1.8).
