Heavy-duty ISO cylinder engineered for construction equipment applications. Features reinforced rod bearings and multi-layered sealing system for dust/dirt resistance. The extended stroke version (1000mm) incorporates anti-buckling guidance with chrome-plated piston rod surface hardening (HRC 45-50). Requires ISO VG32 hydraulic oil lubrication in continuous operation.

Installation note:
Requires lateral support brackets for strokes over 800mm. Maintain 0.5° maximum
misalignment tolerance. Use M12 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with
vibration-proof washers. Pre-lubricate ports before commissioning.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
