Installation note:
Align cylinder axis within 0.2mm perpendicular tolerance. Apply Molykote 111 grease to rod before initial operation.
Use locknuts with 35-45 N·m torque for mounting. Avoid side loads exceeding 150N.
- Relubricate every 500 operating hours
- Inspect rod seals every 2,000 hours
- Replace cushion seals after 1 million cycles
