Installation Guidelines:
Use M12x1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with vibration-proof washers.
Maintain 0.5° maximum angular misalignment during assembly. Lubricate with ISO VG32
hydraulic oil if operating below -10℃. Requires 5μm filtration for optimal seal life.
Critical Note:
Not suitable for continuous impact applications exceeding 3 cycles/sec.
Always install rod-end support when stroke/piston rod ratio exceeds 20:1.
