Heavy-wall cylinder engineered for construction equipment vibration and shock loads. Features triple sealing system with integrated shock absorbers and reinforced rod bearings. Installation protocol:
Use M12x1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 minimum). Apply lithium-based grease
to rod before initial operation. Maintain 500-hour lubrication intervals
in high-dust environments. Avoid side load exceeding 30% of maximum thrust.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Requires air dryer when
operating below 5℃ to prevent icing. Maximum lateral misalignment: 0.5mm.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
