Installation note:
Requires minimum 40μm filtration. For shock loads exceeding 0.5MPa,
recommend pairing with ASC-200 series shock absorbers. Lubricate through
air supply (ISO VG32 equivalent oil mist) with 1 drop/m³ air flow rate.
Critical maintenance:
Replace rod wiper seals every 500 operating hours in high particulate
environments. Avoid extended partial stroke operation to prevent
premature wear on cushion seals.
