Installation guidelines:
Recommended mounting orientation: horizontal (±15° tolerance).
Use locknuts with 45-55 N·m torque for flange installation.
Requires 5μm filtration and ISO VG32 hydraulic oil lubrication
when operating in high-cycling applications (>500,000 cycles/year).
Critical note:
Not suitable for side load applications - must use guide mechanism
if lateral forces exceed 10% of axial thrust capacity.
Maximum side load: 150N at piston rod end.
