Heavy-wall cylinder specifically engineered for construction equipment applications. Features reinforced rod bearing (20% thicker than standard models) and triple-lip rod seal for contamination resistance. Installation Guidelines:
Requires 40μm filtration with water separator. For vertical mounting applications, install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation. Use locknuts with 45-50Nm torque for mounting hardware. Magnetic sensor cables must be routed away from hydraulic lines.
- Rod lubrication: Every 500 operating hours (using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil)
- Full reseal: Recommended every 5,000km stroke travel

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
