Installation note:
Requires rigid mounting surface with flatness ≤0.1mm. Lubricate rod weekly using
VG68 hydraulic oil in high-dust environments. Avoid continuous side load exceeding
10% of maximum thrust capacity.
Maintenance alert:
Replace all seals after 3,000km cumulative stroke distance or 2 years of service
(whichever comes first) in high-cycle applications.
