Installation Guidelines:
Requires 1.5x bore diameter clearance (≥75mm) for full stroke operation.
For vertical mounting, use auxiliary rod support when stroke exceeds 50mm.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if used in continuous duty cycles.
Critical Note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants.
Maximum side load capacity: 45N at mid-stroke.
Requires 5μm filtration for compressed air supply.
