Installation protocol:
Install vertically with arrow marking aligned to airflow direction.
Maintain ambient temperature below 50℃. Replace filter element every
2,000 operational hours or when pressure drop exceeds 0.1 MPa.
Lubrication Setup:
- Fill reservoir with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil
- Adjust drip rate (2-3 drops/min per 1 m³/min airflow)
- Purge system for 30 seconds after adjustment
