About the Airtac B52-GL Copper-Free Air Treatment Unit B52-GL20008J
GL20008J is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator: its single function is to add a fine oil mist to the compressed air feeding downstream tools and actuators - it filters nothing and regulates nothing. This 200-size unit has a PT1/4" port, and the J suffix means it comes without a mounting bracket, suiting installations where the unit screws directly into a manifold, FRL set or machine port. It runs on compressed air only, accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, has a polycarbonate (PC) bowl at the 200 size, and operates at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GL family is also offered in 300, 400 and 600 sizes with larger ports up to 1", in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with or without a bracket, and with aluminium alloy bowls at the 600 size.
