The AirTAC AirTAC GL200-06 Lubricator (GL20006J) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT1/8" ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
GL20006J is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator: its only job is to add a fine oil mist to the compressed air feeding downstream tools and cylinders. It performs no filtration and no pressure regulation. This 200-size unit has a PT1/8" port, and the J suffix means it is supplied without a mounting bracket. It runs on compressed air only, accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, has a polycarbonate (PC) bowl at the 200 size, and operates at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GL family is also offered in 300, 400 and 600 sizes with larger ports up to 1", in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with or without a bracket, and with aluminium alloy bowls at the 600 size. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

| Oil bowl material | PC |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.05 - 1.0 MPa (7 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Function | Oil-mist lubrication only |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL200 | G-series air lubricator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a continuous oil mist into the small-bore supply line running to impact wrenches at a vehicle-service bench so the tool's internal vanes and hammer mechanism stay lubricated during daily use.
Lubricates the air feeding the compact cylinders on a carton-closing machine, keeping rod seals and O-rings oiled through high-cycle shifts without adding any filtration or pressure control to the circuit.
Installed at the drop for air-powered die grinders and cut-off tools in a metal fabrication shop, delivering the oil mist those tools need to run smoothly on shop air.
GL units provide lubrication only, so place this one downstream of a filter or an F.R.L. set where the air also needs cleaning or pressure control. Size: 200 is the smallest G-series size (1/8" and 1/4" ports); step up to 300 (3/8", 1/2"), 400 (3/4") or 600 (1") as the port and flow demand grow. Bracket: J deletes the mounting bracket; the same unit without the J includes one. Thread: PT here, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GL200 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Share your line pressure and expected air consumption and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied with the unit; the same lubricator without the J (GL20006) includes a bracket. The port on this code is a PT1/8" thread, and G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options to order.
