The AirTAC AirTAC GF200-06 Filter (GF20006) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF20006 is a G-series compressed-air filter: it removes water and particulate from the air line and does nothing else - no pressure regulation and no lubrication. This size 200 unit has PT 1/8 in ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), a polycarbonate bowl, the standard 40 um filter element and the default differential-pressure drain. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G-series range, which runs from size 200 up to size 600 with larger ports and higher flow at each step. Drain options include the differential-pressure default, automatic (code A) and manual (code M); a 5 um element is available as code W. AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted on the 1/8 in drop feeding a small CNC machining centre's air clamps and collet-purge nozzles, it strips condensed water and pipeline particles before they reach the clamping circuits.
Installed ahead of the small-bore cylinders on a carton-forming packaging line, it keeps condensed moisture out of the valve islands so the cylinders keep cycling through long production runs.
Used as the first stage ahead of pneumatic sample-handling valves on a laboratory analyser bench, catching pipeline rust and water before the air reaches sensitive instrumentation.
Choose the size by port and air demand: size 200 with 1/8 in ports suits compact branch lines and individual machines; step up to 300, 400 or 600 as the demand grows. Pick the drain to match service: differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) for unattended discharge, or manual (M) for periodic draining - note the manual-drain version is rated 0-0.9 MPa at inlet. Keep the standard 40 um element for general line protection or specify 5 um (W) where finer particle capture is wanted. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included unless you order code J. Because AirTAC publishes G-series flow only as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The GF20006 comes with the default differential-pressure drain. Automatic drain (code A) discharges the bowl unattended; manual drain (code M) lets an operator drain it periodically, and the manual-drain version is rated 0-0.9 MPa at inlet. All three fit the same size 200 body.
