AirTAC SID Series Double-Rod Cylinders

The AirTAC SID series is a double-acting, double-rod pneumatic cylinder built to the ISO 15552 interface. A rod exits both ends, producing equal force in both directions and preventing rotation. The bore range spans 32-200 mm across 9 sizes, with thrust at 0.5 MPa ranging from 345 N to 15080 N. Standard features include an extruded aluminum barrel, adjustable air cushions at both ends, and a sensor groove.

Ports range from G1/8 on the 32 mm bore to G3/4 on the 200 mm bore, available in PT, G, or NPT threads. Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa, with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and the operating temperature spans -20 to +70 C. Speed limits are 30-800 mm/s for 32-100 mm bores and 30-500 mm/s for 125-200 mm bores.

The SID series is discontinued. The drop-in replacement is the AirTAC SAID series, which matches the ISO 15552 mounting interface, bore, stroke, and port sizes.
