About the AirTAC GL300-10 Lubricator (GL30010)
The AirTAC GL30010 is a size 300 air lubricator: its sole function is to meter a fine oil mist into the compressed air feeding your cylinders, valves and air tools. It does not filter and it does not regulate pressure. This version carries a 3/8 inch (PT3/8) port in the standard PT thread and includes a mounting bracket; the PC bowl handles up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) working pressure in a -5 to 70 C, non-freezing environment.

A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Food-line diverters and pushers
On a bottling or carton line, pneumatic diverter and pusher cylinders actuate thousands of times a day. The GL30010 in the 3/8 inch supply branch ahead of the diverter valves keeps that misted-oil feed constant through long production runs.
Press-shop clamping circuits
Pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders around a stamping press cycle continuously and need lubricated air to hold seal and bore condition. Mounted on its bracket at the clamp circuit drop, this lubricator oils the entire clamp group downstream.
Trailer air tool station
In a truck and trailer service bay, 1/2 inch impact guns and air chisels run off 3/8 inch drops. A GL30010 at the head of the tool circuit supplies oil mist to whatever tool is connected, protecting the fleet's most-used air tools.
Is the AirTAC GL300-10 Lubricator (GL30010) the Right Lubricator?
The GL30010 gives you the size 300 body with a 3/8 inch port - the step to take when 1/4 inch piping restricts supply to your lubricated equipment but a size 400 body would be oversized. Thread is PT as the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options ordered with the trailing letter. The mounting bracket is included; if you are manifold mounting and do not need it, the GL30010J variant omits the bracket.
