The AirTAC AirTAC GF300-10 Filter (GF30010) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT3/8" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
The AirTAC GF30010 is a G-series compressed-air filter in the size 300 body, fitted with PT3/8 ports. It removes condensed water and particulate from the air line only - there is no pressure regulation and no lubrication in this unit. This configuration uses the standard differential-pressure drain, which bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, and the standard 40 um filtration element. The PC (polycarbonate) bowl suits the 300 size and the unit carries a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GF family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element option (W), PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and an optional bracketless (J) build. Published flow data is given as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for you on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GF300 | G-series air filter, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/8 branch lines feeding a plant's air headers, the GF30010 knocks out bulk water and pipe-scale before the air reaches point-of-use equipment, protecting everything downstream of the drop.
Placed ahead of the directional valves and pneumatic cylinders that index a packaging conveyor, it keeps condensate and grit out of the valve spools and cylinder seals on a wet compressor line.
Mounted at the wall drop feeding impact wrenches, grinders and nailers in a maintenance workshop, it stops water carry-over from reaching the tools and the quick-connect couplings.
Size 300 with PT3/8 ports is the mid-range step in the GF line: step up to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the port size of your line and the flow curve your application needs. For drains, differential-pressure (this model) is the fit-and-forget choice, automatic (A) purges on a set cycle, and manual (M) needs operator attention. Choose the W option for a 5 um element if downstream equipment needs finer filtration than the standard 40 um. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options you can order. Bracket included as standard; J omits it. Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents or exposed to synthetic oils that attack polycarbonate — wipe it with a dry cloth. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GF series as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. We can confirm the datasheet and the flow curve for the size 300 body against your required flow before you order - just ask.
The standard differential-pressure drain opens to expel condensate when the pressure drop across the element builds up, so it needs no operator attention. If you want purging at set intervals instead, order the A (automatic) variant; for a bowl an operator drains by hand, choose the M (manual) version.
