The AirTAC AirTAC GL300-15 Lubricator (GL30015J) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT1/2" ports and a pc oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The GL30015J is an AirTAC G-series air lubricator: its single function is oil-mist lubrication of a compressed-air line, with no filtering and no pressure regulation. This 300-size unit has PT 1/2 in ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT versions are order options) and a transparent PC bowl for easy oil-level checks. The J suffix means it is supplied without a mounting bracket, which suits direct manifold or machine-plate mounting. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The same lubricator is offered across the G-series 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with or without bracket and with PT, G or NPT threads, so you can match the unit to the line it feeds. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GL300 | G-series air lubricator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| J | Supplied without bracket. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at workshop air drops to lubricate the pneumatic drills, grinders and ratchets used across a plant maintenance department.
Feeds lubricated air to the cylinder banks on looms and winding machines where a bracket-free, plate-mounted unit is preferred.
Mounted directly on the actuation skid of large process valves, supplying oil mist to the rack-and-pinion actuator circuit.
Step through the size ladder - 200, 300, 400, 600 - to match port and flow capacity to the line; this 300 size carries PT 1/2 in ports. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and T (NPT) as order options. The J in the code means no mounting bracket is included, so pick this version only where you can bolt the unit straight to a manifold or plate. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
None from this page - AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated number. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream air demand, and we will confirm the curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
J means the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; the same model without J includes one. Order the J version when you mount the lubricator directly on a manifold or machine plate where a bracket is not needed.
