About the AirTAC GL400-15 Lubricator (GL40015J)
The AirTAC GL40015J is a G-series air line lubricator: it meters an oil mist into the compressed air supply so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools receive continuous lubrication. It performs lubrication only - no filtration and no pressure regulation. This size 400 configuration carries a PT1/2 port and a polycarbonate bowl, and the J suffix means the mounting bracket is omitted, keeping the footprint minimal for direct manifold or frame mounting. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).

Multi-station fixture panel
Plumbed directly into the manifold of a multi-station assembly fixture panel, the GL40015J lubricates the supply air feeding clamps and cylinders at every station without adding a bracket to the panel layout.

Is the AirTAC GL400-15 Lubricator (GL40015J) the Right Lubricator?
Choose the GL40015J over the GL40015 when the bracket is not needed - the unit mounts straight onto a manifold, bulkhead or existing panel. The PT1/2 port is the larger port in the size 400 frame; pick it for 1/2-inch piping or when you want lower pressure drop than the PT3/8 version. Thread is PT standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order.
