The AirTAC AirTAC GL600-25 Lubricator (GL60025) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT1" ports and a aluminium alloy oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The AirTAC GL60025 is a G-series air lubricator for compressed air: it meters a fine oil mist into the line so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools stay lubricated. It performs no filtration and no pressure regulation - lubrication is its single function. This unit is size 600 with PT1 ports, the largest port in the G-series lubricator range, with an aluminium alloy bowl and a mounting bracket included. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series lubricator range steps from size 200 to size 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket can be omitted with a J suffix. AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |

| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Sits on a 1 in plant-air header at a foundry, feeding lubricated air to the squeeze and draw cylinders of a molding line so the big-bore actuators run on oiled air.
At a truck and bus depot, it lubricates the 1 in shop-air drop that feeds chassis impact guns, bead breakers and lifting bags across the heavy-vehicle bays.
Installed on the 1 in supply to a machining cell, it oils the air powering fixture clamps and swing cylinders around a CNC lathe without regulating the line pressure.
The GL60025 is the top of the G-series lubricator range: a size 600 body with 1 in PT ports for the largest plant circuits, while GL60020 covers 3/4 in lines and the 200 to 400 bodies cover 1/8 in to 1/2 in. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as options, and the mounting bracket is included on this code. AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves, not a single rated number, so give us your line size and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GL600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes lubricator performance as flow curves across pressure and port size rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Share your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
Match the port to your piping: the GL60025 has 1 in PT ports for the largest circuits, while the GL60020 is the same size 600 body with 3/4 in ports. If your main is 3/4 in, the GL60020 is the fit; for 1 in headers, use the GL60025.
