The AirTAC AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025) is a genuine G-series air filter. It separates condensed water and filters particulate from the compressed-air line through a 40 µm element, with PT1" ports and a differential-pressure drain. A filter does not set downstream pressure — pair it with a GR regulator, or use a GFR filter regulator, when pressure control is needed.
GF60025 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air filter in the size 600 frame, with a 1 inch PT thread as the standard connection. Its job is filtration only: it removes water and particulate from compressed air - there is no pressure regulation and no lubrication in this unit. Drainage is the differential-pressure type, the series default, and the element is the standard 40 um grade. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
AirTAC builds this filter family in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600. Across the range you can order automatic (A) or manual (M) drainage instead of differential-pressure, a 5 um (W) fine element instead of 40 um, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of PT, and the J suffix to omit the bracket. AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and full datasheet details on request.
| Model | AirTAC GF600-25 Filter (GF60025) |

| Series | GF600 air filter |
| Port size | PT1" (PT thread) |
| Filtering grade | 40 µm |
| Drain type | Differential-pressure drain |
| Bracket | Mounting bracket included |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Inlet pressure | 0.15 - 1.0 MPa (22 - 145 psi) |
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -5 to +70 °C (unfreeze) |
| Bowl material | Aluminium alloy |
| Feature | Low pressure loss |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The inlet-pressure band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains run 0.15 - 1.0 MPa, a manual drain runs 0 - 0.9 MPa. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain. Options are differential (blank), automatic (A) or manual (M). |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. A bracket ships by default; J orders it without. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
Field order is size, port, drain, bracket, grade, thread — a blank position takes the default. Example: GF300-10AJW is a 300 body, PT3/8", automatic drain, no bracket, 5 µm element, PT thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air at the same pressure drop. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure. The GF600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-entry filtration on a machine shop's 1 inch compressed-air ring main, keeping condensed water and pipe scale out of tool changers, clamps and workholding fixtures.
Cleaning the compressed air feeding case erectors, carton sealers and vacuum generators on a packaging conveyor line served by a large-bore header.
General-purpose pre-filtration on the main air header of an injection molding plant, ahead of downstream dryers and point-of-use regulation.
Size 600 with a 1 inch PT port is the top step of the G-series filter range; step down to 400, 300 or 200 when your header and air demand are smaller. Drainage choices are differential-pressure (this model, the default), automatic (A) and manual (M). The element is 40 um standard with 5 um (W) as the fine option. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue order options, and a mounting bracket is included (order the J suffix to omit it).
AirTAC publishes filter flow as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GF600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. A filter removes water and particulate only; it does not regulate pressure or add lubrication.
AirTAC publishes filter flow as performance curves rather than one rated number, so there is no single rated flow figure to quote. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The default is differential-pressure drainage, which is what this model carries; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. Pick the drain that matches your maintenance routine, and note the choice also matters if you later step up to a combined filter-regulator, where the adjustment range differs by drain type.
