The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008C4K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR200-08C4K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it regulates downstream pressure only, with no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in the body, so it should sit after filtration in the circuit. This configuration is the size 200 body with PT1/4 ports, the standard regulating type, a round external pressure gauge reading in kgf/cm2, and a built-in reverse (check) valve from the K suffix. The regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature is -20 to 70 C, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Across the G-series you can order the same regulator from size 200 to size 600, ports 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, MPa, psi or bar gauge scales as alternatives, a low-pressure L type, and with or without the reverse valve. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or request the datasheet for your operating point.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a controlled supply pressure on a pneumatic component test bench, with the check valve holding the circuit against backflow when the rig is switched between stations.
Regulate clean air to laboratory bench actuators and grippers at a repeatable setting, with the kgf/cm2 gauge giving a direct reading for recorded test conditions.
Hold steady air pressure on the pneumatic dancers and tension rollers of wire or cable processing equipment, where pressure drift shows up directly in product tension.
This code differs from a plain GR200-08C4 only in the trailing K, which adds the reverse (check) valve - choose this version when you want that option built in, and the plain code when you do not. Size 200 with 1/4 in ports is the compact step; size up to GR300-10 or GR400-15 if your flow curve needs more headroom. The round kgf/cm2 gauge can be swapped for MPa, psi or bar scales at ordering. PT thread is the standard here, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a bracket is included.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure targets and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow number for this regulator in the published data - AirTAC provides flow as performance curves across pressure conditions. Give us your expected flow plus inlet and outlet pressures, and we will confirm the right size and operating point from the datasheet before you order.
Only by the trailing K, which means a reverse (check) valve is built into the regulator. Everything else decodes the same: size 200 body, PT1/4 ports, standard regulating type, round external gauge in kgf/cm2, bracket included. Order whichever suffix matches your circuit design.
