The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-08 Pressure Regulator (GR30008JC1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR series is a pure air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from a compressed air line, with no filter, no drain bowl and no lubrication function. This GR30008JC1K is the 300 size with a 1/4 in PT port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options), the standard pressure type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, an external round gauge reading in MPa, and a fitted reverse/check valve that keeps downstream pressure from bleeding back upstream. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part distributed for the US market. The G-series regulator family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 across a range of port sizes, with a low-pressure type option (up to 0.4 MPa), optional check valve, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scale, G (BSPP) or NPT thread variants, and bracket or panel mounting. Flow capacity is published as curves rather than a single figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow curve for your exact model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds the working pressure on small pneumatic press or clinch stations, where the check valve keeps the ram circuit charged if the main supply is switched off between cycles.
Provides an adjustable, gauge-monitored supply on lab and QC test rigs, with the check valve preserving the test pressure in the rig while the supply side is isolated.
Mounted inside a control panel to regulate a branch feeding pilot valves and sensors, giving panel builders a compact 1/4 in regulator with a visible MPa setpoint.
Match the 200/300/400/600 size to your port and flow demand - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. This configuration combines the no-bracket J option, an external round MPa gauge and the K check valve, which is worth specifying whenever the downstream circuit must hold its set pressure if supply is interrupted. Choose PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread; psi and bar gauge scales and a no-gauge version exist in the family. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your line conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
No single rated flow figure is published - AirTAC gives regulator capacity as flow curves only. Share your inlet pressure and required downstream flow and we will read the curve for this exact model from the datasheet and confirm the sizing on request.
K adds a reverse (check) valve. It blocks backflow from the downstream side, so the regulated circuit holds its pressure if the upstream supply drops or is shut off - useful for clamps, test rigs and any circuit with a stored-pressure requirement. Without K, downstream air can push back through the regulator.
