The AirTAC AirTAC GR300-08 Pressure Regulator (GR30008JF3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30008JF3 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter and no bowl. It is a 300-size unit with a 1/4 in PT port, supplied without a mounting bracket (J) and fitted with the embedded square pressure gauge on a bar scale (F3). Downstream pressure adjusts across 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet; medium is compressed air, rated -20 to 70 C.
A genuine AirTAC part, the GR series runs from 200 to 600 sizes with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, gauge types and scales, bracket options and an optional low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, so we confirm the flow and datasheet numbers for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set the working pressure on the pneumatic supply to a packaging machine's sealing and indexing cylinders, with bar-scale readings matching the machine's documentation.
Regulate the branch feeding gripper actuators on a robotic handling cell so part grip pressure is set and read in bar at the point of use.
Provide an adjustable, bar-gauged supply drop at a paint spray booth so gun atomising pressure can be set per the coating supplier's bar recommendation.
Match the GR200-GR600 size and port to the pipe drop; this unit is the 300 size on a 1/4 in PT connection. The F3 configuration is chosen when the machine's pressure readings are in bar - the embedded square gauge reads bar instead of MPa (scale 1) or psi (scale 2). Order J to omit the bracket, N for no gauge, or K if a reverse/check valve is needed. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options.
Because GR flow data is published as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated-flow figure for the GR series - AirTAC publishes flow as curves. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures on request.
Only the gauge scale: F1 carries the embedded square gauge reading in MPa, while F3 reads in bar (and scale 2 would be psi). Functionally both are 300-size, 1/4 in PT regulators with a 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment range, no bracket and a -20 to 70 C rating.
