The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-15 Pressure Regulator (GR40015C2) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR40015C2 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the GR400 size class. It reduces and holds downstream pressure on compressed-air lines with 1/2-inch PT ports, and this code comes fitted with an external round pressure gauge reading in psi. As a GR unit it does regulation only: there is no filter bowl, no drainage and no lubrication in this body.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes in PT, G(BSPP) and NPT threads; the standard regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and working temperature is -20 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set-point control for the air clamp cylinders on a stamping press, holding the die-clamping pressure steady stroke after stroke with a panel-readable psi gauge.
Trimmed supply to the cap-tightening actuators on a rotary bottling turret, where each head needs a consistent set pressure at its 1/2-inch drop.
Downstream pressure trim for gripper and clamp circuits on a robotic welding cell, with the external round gauge visible on the prep panel.
Step up to the GR400 when your manifold runs 1/2-inch ports and the GR300 is too small for the demand; GR600 covers 3/4 and 1-inch lines above it. Gauge scale is the main variant here: C1 reads MPa, C2 psi and C3 bar, so pick the scale your panel already uses. Thread is PT as the standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included at no code change. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not quote a single l/min or SCFM number. Ask us for the GR400 datasheet and we will confirm the curve and sizing for your application before you order.
C is AirTAC's round external pressure gauge and 2 is the psi scale. C1 reads MPa and C3 reads bar, so choose the suffix that matches the gauges already fitted on your panel.
